I.W. Harper Cabernet Cask Reserve

Ingredients *Recipe makes 1.5 servings

  • 1.5 oz I.W. Harper Cabernet Cask Reserve
  • 0.75 oz Lemon Juice
  • 0.5 oz Agave Syrup
  • 2 Slices Serrano Pepper
  • 2 Sprigs cilantro

Preparation

  1. Cut a slide of serrano pepper and tear 6 cilantro leaves.
  2. Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice and mix.
  3. Pour over large ice cubes on a rocks glass and garnish with a sprig of cilantro and a slide of serrano pepper.
