Ingredients *Recipe makes 1.5 servings

  • 1.5 oz I.W. Harper Cabernet Cask Reserve
  • 0.75 oz Grapefruit Juice
  • 5 Raspberries
  • 0.5 oz Honey Syrup

Preparation

  1. Muddle raspberries in a cocktail shaker with the grapefruit juice.
  2. Pour the rest of ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and vigorously shake.
  3. Strain and pour over in a coupe glass.
