I.W. Harper Cabernet Cask Reserve

Ingredients *Recipe makes 1.5 servings

  • 1.5 oz I.W. Harper Cabernet Cask Reserve
  • 0.5 oz Simple Syrup
  • 4 Slices Peach
  • 1 Sprig Mint

Preparation

  1. Muddle peach, mint, and syrup in a cocktail shaker.
  2. Add I.W. Harper Cabernet Cask Reserve and add a couple cubes of ice.
  3. Pour over a julep glass filled with crushed ice.
  4. Garnish with a slice of peach and mint.
